Students complete 72 hours of transferable-skills training. These courses build essential competencies in scientific communication, project management, research integrity, teamwork, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Students may acquire this training through courses offered by SEMM or other Institutions.  Soft-skills training complements scientific coursework and equips students with the professional capabilities needed for successful careers in academia, industry, and beyond.
